Devil Fruit Abilities: Allows the user to create, control, and transform into ice at will, turning the user into a Freezing Human. The main strength of this fruit is that it can turn himself and his surroundings into ice, doing so by dropping the temperature incredibly rapidly and effectively flash freezing anything that the user comes in contact with. This fruit is also unique amongst most other Logias because, ice being solid, attacks still hit the user rather than passing right through though this doesn’t mean that attacks are effective because the user can simply reform. The fruit also gives the user complete immunity to extreme colds and even in near zero temperatures it will feel like average weather for the user. The fruit also can negate one of the natural weaknesses of a Devil Fruit, the sea. Since the user can freeze anything with a touch they can become adept at doing so to the very ocean itself creating a mass with which to traverse across.[/blockquote][/sub]

OVERALL HISTORY:

• Born on a small island in North Blue, parents abandoned him on the steps of a monastery.
  
• Taken in by the priest whom ran the monastery and the orphanage inside.
  
• From an early age hated the idea of organized religion, a belief he holds to this day.
  
• At age ten a roaming band of pirates attacked his island, killing not only the priest who had been his father figure his entire life but all of the other children in the orphanage. Sergei was spared due to the self sacrifice of the priest.
  
• Exploring the wreckage caused him to stumble upon the treasure in the monastery that the pirates were looking for, one that he would eat and soon come to discover as being the Hie Hie no Mi.
  
• Picked up by a passing Marine ship after the wreckage, enlisted in the Marines officially at age ten.
  
• Was a diligent student in the Marine academy, excelling at whatever he set out to do.
  
• Began to get more and more passive as time moved on and his wounds began to heal.
  
• After graduation adopted the garb of his foster father, despite his disdain for religion as a whole, in order to never forget who he was or where he came from.
  
• Was given independence from a Marine unit, now hunts down unruly up and coming pirates for the world government.
