The complicated way William has started to view the world has made such an impact on his life that there is no summary for the man. The core of the man that has remained unchanged is simple however. William is a refined man of taste, he loves fine things and he spares little expense when it comes to appearances. Functionally he enjoys simplicity and refinement both which keeps him from being utterly intolerable with his style and outfits, stopping just before he would cross into 'Unbearably foppish' in terms of mannerisms and class. He still has appreciation for simpler, less refined things but he always carries himself with those hints of class and style that make him hard to associate with other marines simply by merit of his sophistication.
Layering all of this is that William is fundamentally a good person, able to take the moral high road even in the face of opposition or it being against rules. He is not the type to toe the line and fall in with salutes, he raises his voice against cruelty and injustices that stand out amongst the world. This doesn't mean he's a zealot ready to martyr himself for a cause, it's actually much more sinister than that...Inside, somewhere, William possesses a stunning amount of subterfuge and stone-cold willpower that makes him able to dismantle situations without playing his hand in a way that puts him at risk. He uses his sophistication as his weapon; he plays on his own inherent charm and charisma to move his goals along.

In public he'll tend to keep his hood on to hide his visage and provide an air of "leave me the fuq alone". A charcoal v-neck dress coat lies underneath; appearance wise being rather skimpy and tight fitting. Adorned around his neck is a wooden ebony cross that drapes down to his upper abdomen. On his hands he wears a pair of black leather gloves which are snug enough to keep his hands warm and provide ample grip when carrying a multitude of weaponry on his person.
