Hello guys I am looking to having fun with this site. Read through it and I pretty much understand every basic thing for now except for the devil fruits. Help out here please. If the devil fruits are read are those banned and the ones scratched out are taken already right?

I have another question how is the rank system for the marines going to work for those ranks from vice admiral and lower.

Is that event for the custom devil fruits still open?

Can you please explain the face claim to me further? I saw it under the rules but I am not quite sure I understand yet. What I understand is that the face claim represents the picture of the character I have chosen right? so I would put the name of the show where that character comes from then the name of the person who created it?

I noticed that only 2 devil fruits are allowed by a character, does that mean that once I get 2 devil fruits and lets say I sell one I cannot acquire another one, or maybe even trade one fruit for another?

Also, I have one suggestion I noticed that the paradise part of the GL is practically empty. There are no routes in it like in one piece so I am wondering if those can be put in?
